BigWinBoard Terms & Conditions — All terms explained in plain English

By using the BigWinBoard website and mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. The rules stated here apply equally to all members — whether new or existing.

These terms have been written in plain language with Bangladeshi members in mind. However, this remains a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms, we recommend not using BigWinBoard.

To open an account and use services on BigWinBoard, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• No individual may hold more than one account. Only one account is permitted per mobile number or email address.
• Multiple accounts within the same household or family will be reviewed and may be approved subject to verification.
• You may not open an account on behalf of another person or any organization.

BigWinBoard may request a national ID or other identity documents at any time for verification purposes. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

The phone number and email address provided at registration must remain active, as security verifications and important notifications are sent through these channels.

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on BigWinBoard. These rules apply to all Sports Betting, live bets, and casino games:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, if the "Cash Out" feature is available, you may close it early under certain conditions.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any bet, BigWinBoard reserves the right to review that bet.
• Any bet suspected of being linked to match fixing, score manipulation, or any form of fraudulent interference will be investigated and, if confirmed, voided.
• Odds changing during live betting is completely normal. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are final.
• In an accumulator or combo bet, if one selection is voided, it is treated as a non-runner and the remaining selections are recalculated as a reduced bet.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.

BigWinBoard accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits, which are displayed on the deposit page.

• Deposits are usually instant. If there's a delay for any reason, please notify support.
• Before requesting a withdrawal, deposited funds must be used for betting at least once.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours. Larger amounts may require additional verification time.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are not available on unverified accounts. Please complete verification using your national ID.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted — the account used for deposits and the account receiving withdrawals must belong to the same person.

BigWinBoard complies with anti-money laundering policies. For any unusual transactions, BigWinBoard may request information about the source of funds.

Each bonus and promotion on BigWinBoard comes with its own specific terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page. General bonus policy is outlined below:

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once, on their first deposit.
• Using the same promo code across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Cashback bonuses are generally applied to weekly net losses and carry no wagering requirements.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically removed once it expires.
• BigWinBoard reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

You can close your BigWinBoard account at any time. Submit a request to support and it will be processed within 24 hours. Please withdraw your full balance before closing your account.

BigWinBoard may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Registration was completed using false information.
• A single person holds more than one account.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• Involvement in match fixing or any other illegal activity.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any genuine remaining balance will be refunded. However, in cases of fraud, the entire balance may be confiscated.

BigWinBoard is committed to promoting responsible betting. The following tools are available to every member on our platform:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Permanent self-exclusion option.
• Access to betting history and loss tracking information.

BigWinBoard treats the protection of members' personal information as its highest priority. Details provided during registration are used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and fulfillment of legal obligations.

BigWinBoard makes every effort to keep the platform running without interruption; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, scheduled maintenance, or external factors.

• BigWinBoard is not responsible for bets lost due to third-party network issues.
• BigWinBoard is not liable for any losses caused by issues with a member's device or internet connection.
• BigWinBoard is not liable in cases of force majeure, including natural disasters or cyberattacks.

For any dispute arising under these terms, BigWinBoard's decision shall be considered final; however, members retain the right to appeal to the relevant licensing authority.
